This application has questions that we want you to answer honestly. If you’re not sure about something, that is okay. You don’t have to have previous experience in specific ministries such as children’s ministry. You will get the chance to be trained beforehand and the leaders of the trip will be available to help answer any questions you may have while you’re there. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your parents approval. Please have either a parent or legal guardian send an email with a signed letter of approval. Your application will not be considered complete if this is not included.
